As of 2024, I have been working with women globally for 4.5 years through coaching, programs and retreats, supporting clients to create transformation in how they feel, who they BE, and the life they live.
My passion for embodiment and somatic therapy was born after I'd spent around 7 years healing, investing in myself, obsessed with mindset and manifestation... and I reached a breaking point of "why do I still feel like this? Why do I still feel like I need to become someone else or get over there to be fully happy in myself?".
Every single area of my life changed when I discovered somatic therapy and embodiment, and learnt to live from my BODY, instead of my minds stories. It was the key to being regulated and relaxed, instead of being so busy and chaotic. It was the key to consistently embodying my feminine power and turning back on my pleasure. It was the key to my emotions, to getting off the emotional rollercoaster and instead maintaining a sense of inner peace through trusting myself to easily process my emotions and live my life from an empowered state.
How many women will there be?
This retreat is an intimate sized group, with a capacity of 10 women.
What kind of food will be served?
The menu has been intentionally crafted to offer a fun and fresh array of meals in our on site restaurant, both local and western cuisine. Any dietary requirements will be easily catered to, all you need to do is share in your application upon claiming your spot.
What if I've never been on a retreat before?
Amazing! Most of the women haven't and it's a new, exciting, somewhat scary experience for most! You will be well taken care of.
Can I bring a friend with me?
You absolutely can share this retreat with a soul sister of yours! Guaranteeing she's a good fit upon application, you can both receive a special $200 off sister price and also bunk together if you choose a shared room.
What's the visa for Indonesia?
UK and Australian citizens can get a 30 day visa on arrival (VOA) in the airport or an electronic visa (EVOA) before entering Bali, for the cost of 500,000 rupiah (around $50 AUD). Please ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity and you check the visa for your passport if your citizenship is outside the UK or Australia. The only legitimate, government website is this one.
Cancellations and refunds
All payments are non refundable should you decide to cancel your booking. We do not offer refunds. If a guest leaves during the retreat, there will be no refund issued. Please make sure before you book that you are feeling a 100% yes towards this experience!
